TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

A booking shall be valid from 1700 to 2359 on the booked date. The Lodge is closed at 2359 until 1700 next day to new arrivals and access to rooms cannot be gained unless a prior agreement and the Late or Early Arrival supplement with full payment has been received 48 hours in advance of arrival and confirmed by Greenways Lodge, Late/Early Arrivals can only be booked by email(not phone). Cancellation notice of less than 7 days from booked arrival date or non arrival (no show) on the first night of booked date the full cost of the confirmed booking applies and charged to the card given as the booking guarantee. Non arrival (no show) on the first night of a multiple night booking then the whole reservation shall be cancelled without notice. All payments made are non refundable including supplements.Supplements booked directly in addition to an agents booking our terms and conditions will apply to the whole booking. All card payments are subject to a 5% card handling fee and if requested can be paid in advance (an email is required no less than 24 hours in advance of arrival date from the card holder with full name and address of card)or if payment is made on arrival by card at reception or by phone is subject to a standard rack rate 5GBP supplement and includes the 5% card handling fee. All Payments must be settled in advance by card or on the first nights arrival at reception. We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% deposit to cards on any booking (including agent booking where they may charge their own deposit) and cancel without notice if a card is invalid or declined or where American Express/Diners cards are given. Deposits are not transferable to any other:- rooms, dates or upgrade bookings. Changes to confirmed reservations must be made in writing by email or letter(not by phone)not less than 24 hours before booked arrival date and during office hours 9am-5pm/Mon-Fri and subject to a 15GBP administration fee and re-issue of amended confirmation. Transport offers must be arranged in writing by email(not by phone)and not less than 24 hours before booked arrival date and arrangement confirmed by us or a request written on our home site booking form if booking less than 24 hours requesting transfer and giving booking name, transfer date/time and number of seats. 1 free transfer per room/per day on the hour departures 6am to 10am.Transfer ticket confirmation must be shown on arrival. At other times or without the transfer ticket confirmation, the transfer will be at an additional cost.The guest lodge is strictly non-smoking a charge is made for smoking in or items removed/hired from rooms and buildings and not returned within 5 days from departure. Any evidence of smoking you agree that your credit card will be charged with a 100GBP deep cleaning or non refundable key/towel hire fee of 25GBP. Any guest causing disturbance, using foul language, making threats or smoking whilst in buildings will have booking cancelled and will not be liable for any refund or transport cost.Greenways Lodge is not held responsible nor accepts any liability for guest failure to :- contact us, arrive, find the guest lodge or rooms, estimate times, book transport or any transport arrangement with others, weather conditions, road/rail/flight failure, guest/family illness causing any changes or cancellations or acts of god therefore we recommend guests travel with insurance. Confirmed bookings shall agree and accept the terms and guarantee them on booking with a valid credit/debit card. |
