A room booking shall be valid for arrival between 1700 to 2300 on the booked arrival date and vacate on the departure date by 1030. The credit/debit card given as the booking guarantee must be valid at all times if invalid the booking shall be cancelled without notice.Reception and phone closed at 2300 until 1700 next day and weekends. Cancellation notice of Agent bookings of less than 7 days from booked arrival date or non arrival (no show) on the first night of booked date up to closing 2300, the full cost of the confirmed booking applies and charged to the card given as the booking guarantee. Non arrival (no show) on the first night of a multiple night booking then the whole reservation shall be cancelled without notice. Rooms with shared bathroom available to arrivals from 1700 to 2100 and strictly non smokers only. Direct telephone bookings are charged in full by a valid debit card and non refundable.All advance processed payments including deposits are non refundable or transferable including supplements, a time limit credit may be issued by request on email, issued at our discretion.All amendments including supplements and transport offer booked directly in addition to an agents booking our terms and conditions will apply to the whole booking.Prices quoted and settled in cash sterling, fees apply to cards-credit+3%,debit£1,bankers cheque,money transfer,credit accounts 10%.All final Payments must be settled in advance or on arrival of the first night at reception in cash or by card.Late or early arrival arrangement supplement after closed at 2300 fee 20GBP and must be pre-paid in full is non refundable by nominated card holder to continue with booking and entry to a room.Extra room hire Supplement at 10GBP beginning each extra hour after 10:30am vacate time or arrival before open 17:00. Cheques must be cleared 96hours/4 whole days before date of arrival.We reserve the right to charge cards up to a 20% deposit and/or pre-authorise the whole amount on any booking and cancel without notice if a card is invalid or declined or where American Express/Diners cards are given.Booking changes must be made in writing by email or letter(not phone)not less than 48 hours/ 2 whole days before booked arrival date and during office hours 9am-5pm/Mon-Fri and subject to a 19GBP administration fee and re-issue of an amended confirmation. Multiple consecutive night stays rooms may not be serviced unless booked at reception on arrival with an agreed time, service items available at reception.Quad room is 2xsingle beds and 1xdouble bed (3 beds total) if extra persons £19 per night. Quad kitchen utensils,pans,plates,appliances and equipment to be cleaned by user or £30 cleaning fee applies. Only registered guest are allowed in rooms at any time.Transport offer must be arranged in writing by email(not phone)not less than 2 days before arrival, giving booking name,transfer date/time and number of seats, 1 free transfer confirmation issued per room/per day on the hour departures 0700 to 1000(7am to 10am).Transfer ticket confirmation must be shown and confirmed on arrival at reception if not shown transfer is an additional cost.Parking must be booked/paid in advance stating return date,non booked parking charged at double normal daily rate. Printing services and wifi available for a small charge. The guest lodge is strictly non-smoking a charge is made for smoking in rooms,corridors,through windows,buildings.Any evidence including fumes/smell of smoking verified by 2 statements from the cleaner and verified by the owner that the credit card guarantor will be charged with upto 100GBP deep cleaning and 24 to 48 hour room airing fee.Items removed/hired from the property or for damage caused to and not returned,replaced,made good within 5 days from departure a non refundable key/towel/tv remote hire fee of 25GBP.Guests causing any disturbance or in a dispute of policy, including smoking whilst in buildings will cause the booking to be deemed a forced cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy and will not be liable for any refund or transport cost.Greenways Lodge does not accept any liability or responsibility for any travel arrangement, arrival/departure times, transport operations, guest timings or weather, road/rail/flight failure, industrial strikes, failure in contacting or finding us, any Illness or acts of god causing any changes, delay or cancellation, vehicles and contents left on the property entirely at the owner or drivers own risk. We strongly recommend guests travel with a good and adequate insurance and allow at least 2 hours travel time before, after and between road/rail/flight arrivals and departures.Any report to us of defect, faulty/broken items must be made immediately during occupancy for an acceptable resolution we are unable to address or resolve any matters after guest departure. The booker and the card holder shall agree and accept Greenways lodge terms and conditions on booking and the card holder used to secure the booking shall act as the sole financial guarantor for the whole booking.
